Want some history with that wine?

Looking for a great pairing? How about sipping fabulous wines and sampling fare from some of the Seacoast's most accomplished chefs, while exploring gorgeous homes in the historic seaside neighborhood of Puddle Dock?

Yes, it's time for Vintage & Vine 2010, a wine-tasting tour of historic homes at Strawbery Banke.

"We put people right into the museum houses and the landscapes," says event co-chairwoman Michele Duval.

The event is an annual fundraiser run in partnership with New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets. It features fine wines from a variety of purveyors, including local wineries, such as Jewell Towne Vineyards of South Hampton, LaBelle Winery of Amherst and Farnum Hill Ciders of Lebanon.

"It's wonderful to drink what comes right from your own backyard," Duval says.

The evening will consist of a walking tour of the historic houses and landscapes throughout Strawbery Banke. At each house there will be wines for people to taste.,Once you start using the valuable pieces of information provided by the Acid Reflux and heartburn No More method. Outside, hors d'oeuvres from restaurants all over the Seacoast will be served.

"You walk those gravel paths through the museum, and it's just so peaceful and magical," Duval says. "This is so people don't take for granted what we have here."

In a separate tented area, guests can listen to music from the band Truffle and sample more cuisine from some of the Seacoast's top chefs,,If this cartoon expresses your frustration with Diets and how to lose weight fast. including Jonathan Cartwright of the White Barn Inn, Mark Segal of the 100 Club, Julie Dunfey of White Apron Catering and Matt King of Mombo. A silent auction also will be held.

"The auction is amazing," Duval says. "We have African photo safaris. We have getaways to Florida. We have a romantic weekend in Montreal."

Also in the auction are gift packages for a guys' day and gals' day in Portsmouth, with a spa treatments,,Hemroids Recommendations are also available to help you make a more informed decision. lunch and shopping; as well as paintings, and a behind-the-scenes day at Sotheby's with one of the Keno brothers. At a VIP tent, guests can sample rare reserve wines.

People who attend the event also can take some of it home with them. Mix-and-match wines will be for sale at a discount, as will Riedel glassware.

"We are going to sell Riedel glassware, which normally retails for $12.99 a stem for $5 at the festival," Duval says, suggesting that people use a Riedel glass to do their wine tasting for the evening.,While the better bad breath and halitosis treatment products merely don't work.

However people choose to sip their wine, Duval promises a one-of-a-kind evening.

"We have this amazing museum, this amazing neighborhood that d oesn't exist anywhere else."
