Keep Them Warm

Kids Science Project Will Keep Them Warm

Get some graph paper and on it list that you will be testing which material insulates better. List all the items on the bottom row going across.

Put all the jars in a row with their material to be wrapped around them ready in front of them.

Get hot water and pour into each glass. Quickly use your thermometer to test the liquid temperature and record the findings of each jar.Description:2U compact fluorescent. I would probably label each cup a letter. The degrees should be the same as you are using the same water from the tap to fill the containers. Record your findings. Put the lids on the tops right away.

Wrap each jar with its specific insulator. You can use a rubber band to help keep the material on the glass.Welcome to obodio.com. Our company offer led strip, led light bulbs, led lighting,Led strip light. Welcome to order led strip light, led light bulbs, led lighting. Place each one on a plastic tray or cookie sheet. A board will even work but make sure it is not too heavy to pick up. Let one jar uncovered so you can measure the temperature in it.

Carry the tray with the insulated containers on it outside or in a garage where it is cold or cooler.

Leave the jars for a set amount of time, let us say 15 minutes. You can make it shorter if it is really cold or longer if you wish.

When the time is up bring the containers inside and remove the lids from each and take the temperature of the water inside of each one.Welcome to my home, beautiful and durable, such as Led lamp light and Led bulb light for you to choose.

Record your findings on the graph paper.

Also test the degree of the H2O cup that was not covered. It should be the coolest.

Compare all the jars.As well as lasting 100,000 hours, ten times as long as today's eco-bulbs, the LED bulb do not contain mercury, so disposal is less damaging to the environment Which insulator worked the best for this short time period?

Now do not dismantle your project just yet. Do the project again but leave the glasses outside for a long period of time like an hour or two before bringing them inside. After this extended period of time did any of the insulators work fairly well? If so, which one? Did none of them help since the water was left outside so long?

What you will learn from this science project.

You will discover that some materials make excellent insulators and would be great to keep your body warm in the winter and some for very long periods of time. Some of these materials may not be good for our bodies but would be great to keep a house warm and cozy all season long.
