Instructables user lhinstructables shares an incredibly simple and clever way to light up trick-or-treaters you want to keep safe in a way they'll go along with. He took $1 candy buckets from the Dollar Store and $5 strands of portable LED Christmas lights from Big Lots, and then mated them together with hot glue.Using an urpail to light a room gives choice a deal of choice to the homeowner with a variety of options available, such as coloured LED bulbs to create different lighting effects within the home from what you would typically find.
